Our founder is Tim Wilkerson, a life-long Braidwood, IL resident of over 59 years. Tim has spent over 30 years in the basement waterproofing & crawl space industry.
Tim is a nationally recognized "Building Science Consultant" and has educated basement and crawl space contractors throughout the United States for many years.
He has been a guest speaker at national conventions in Las Vegas, St. Louis, Atlantic City, Indianapolis, and Atlanta - covering topics from "Basement & crawl space building science" to "ethics in sales."
History of Innovation
1989 - Tim is the first contractor in the United States to re-condition crawl spaces post-construction.
1992 - the year Tim invented the Crawl Space Encapsulation liner system.
2010 - Tim invents the Thermal-Seal-System ™.
